Autism is a condition that affects more than 600,000 people in the UK but it is often one that can be overlooked.

To help improve diagnosis rates, the Royal College of GPs has launched a three-year training programme to raise awareness and better educate its 50 thousand members.

The BBC’s disability news correspondent Nikki Fox looks at what it is like to live with what some call an “invisible disability”.
