Parliament will debate the  Bedroom Tax on Nov 12 – a week today.

We need to  ‘ get MPs voting to axe the Bedroom Tax’ – Daily Mirror.

Can you: – Contact your MPs now ( who and how ) – demand they turn up and vote to axe the Bedroom Tax
– Send letters, emails and your evidence: demand MPs use it to show the injustice of benefit cuts –
Come to Parliament for 10am next Tue 12th Nov, or send a delegation from your group
– Join protest with banners, posters etc outside Parliament
Meet at the Boothroyd Room in Portcullis House, Victoria Embankment (wheelchair accessible) from 10am-12.30 on Tue 12 November. Labour has put down an Opposition Day motion for debate in the afternoon. Rachel Reeves MP shadow minister for Welfare  and other MPs will be at the pre-meeting (a good chance to discuss stuff beyond the bedroom tax…)
There may be tickets to attend the House of Commons debate in the afternoon.
